Rule 53
Question Answer Method

(1) After the question answering time starts, the chairman will call the name of the questioning member according to the order of the agenda. (2) The member called according to sub-rule (1) or the member authorized by him will stand in his place and intend to ask a question, he will pronounce the serial number of his question on the question list. (3) Questions not asked according to this rule will be automatically removed from the question list.
